Our values

We are seeking to build a Christian community where:

1. Every member is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ (Mark 8.34, Philippians 2)

2. The word of God is foundational to every aspect of church life, as our rule and guide in all things (2 Timothy 3.16)

3. The ministry of prayer under girds all that we do (Colossians 4.2)

4. Every member is strongly encouraged to be part of the bible study group network, for teaching, encouragement and pastoral care (Acts 2)

5. Every person is valued and encouraged to discover and use their gifts in the service of God and the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12.1-20)

6. Training & equipping opportunities are regularly available for the encouragement & development of God's people (Colossians 1.28)

7. Authentic loving relationships of trust, commitment and accountability are experienced and developed (1 Peter 1.22)

8. A commitment by every member and every ministry to reach people who don't know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour (Romans 1.16)

9. Giving of one's financial and other resources, generously, sacrificially, cheerfully and regularly is practiced (2 Corinthians 9.6-8)

10. We are committed to a regularly and rigorous evaluation process in regards to the implementation and progress of our vision and values (1 Timothy 4:16)
